How To Get Rid of Black or Dark Neck?                           What we need to takes clean:  1. Lotion or olive oil  2. Nail polish remover  3. Scrub  4. Cotton or cloth Step 1: First, wipe gently the neck well with a handkerchief and then wait for 2 to 3 minutes with lotion or oil.  Step 2: Then remove the lotion.
